We are looking for
an Architect (Middle+) to join our team
Responsibilities
- Development of the architectural part of projects at various stages;
- Application and compliance with all applicable regulations in the design process;
- Development of planning solutions;
- Preparation of 3D models and working drawings (architecture);
- Calculation and forecasting of TEPs in the early stages of design;
- Formation and presentation of concepts;
- Meetings and communication with the client, contractor to clarify the materials of components, etc;
- Distribution and formation of technical tasks to related employees, technical specifications and feedback to visualizers;
- Calls with the team, discussing plans, feedback on the project and work in progress;
- Communication on the project in the current crm-system.
Basic requirements:
- 3 years of experience in Revit.
- Rhino, Grasshopper, Photoshop, etc. skills are desirable.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with team members both inside and outside the organization.
- English B1 - B2 is required.
